Return Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, you can request a full refund or store credit within the trial period for your chosen product.

Trial Period (If Applicable):

The trial period for each product is specified on its respective product page. If you cancel during the trial period, you will receive a full refund (excluding the $0.50 transaction verification fee that ensures the transaction is legitimate). If you do not cancel during the trial period, your subscription will automatically renew, and you will be billed according to your chosen subscription plan.

 
Non-Refundable Items:

  • Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable after the trial period.
  • Annual subscriptions canceled after the trial period will receive a prorated refund for the remaining unused months, less the value of one month’s subscription at the regular, non-discounted price.

Cancellation Policy:

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account at uprighttrades.com/my-account or by contacting us at [email protected] at least 12 hours before your next billing cycle (or trial end, if applicable). Refunds for cancellations are subject to the terms outlined in the Refund Policy section above.

  • Monthly Subscriptions: If you cancel during the trial period of your initial purchase, you will receive a full refund (excluding transaction verification fee mentioned in the Trial section above). After this period, no refunds are provided for partial months. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Annual Subscriptions: If you cancel during the trial period, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel after the trial period, you will receive a prorated refund for the remaining unused months, less the value of the first month at the standard (non-discounted) monthly rate.

 

Processing Fees:

A processing fee of up to 15% may apply to refunds or cancellations only in cases of abuse of the refund policy, such as repeated or excessive refund requests, requests made after clearly exceeding the stated trial period, or attempting to circumvent the terms of a discounted offer. We reserve the right to determine, in our sole discretion, whether a processing fee will be applied.
