However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or store credit in accordance with our policy. RETURNS

All returns must start within 5 days of the purchase date.

RETURN PROCESS

REFUNDS

After receiving your return request. Please allow at least 5-7 days from the receipt of your inquiry to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned:

• After the trial period ends, we cannot return the 1st monthly payment.

• Yearly subscription will have 5 days from the original purchase date for a refund. However, the first month is eligible for return (cancellation) during the trial period, and to the maximum of 7 days from the purchase. If this is after the trial period, the 1st month is deducted at current monthly rate. At our discretion, we may charge a fee to cover the transaction of up to 12%.

Please Note

• Subscription can be cancelled at any time. After day 3, the monthly charge at non-sale rate will stand. After renewal, at our discretion, we may charge a few to cover the transaction of up to 12% or prorate at non-discount price.
